Dr AR Ibrahim founded his GP practice in his home at 52 Ardara Avenue in 1981. Along with his wife, Joan, they worked to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare to the local community over several decades with Dr. Sarah Ibrahim joining the family practice in 2014.

In 2018, the practice was expanded to meet the growing demand for GP services in the area. Over the last four years, the practice has continued to grow with Dr. Grace Conroy joining in 2020 along with the addition of nursing and administrative support.
